Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street Suite 1501, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). When you visit the site, Vercel's servers automatically log: IP address, browser type, referring URL, date and time of request. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Server logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics is loaded only after you provide explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. We have enabled IP anonymisation — your IP address is truncated before any processing. Data is transferred to Google servers. An adequacy mechanism is in place (Standard Contractual Clauses). Retention: 14 months.

Contact Form & Email

When you contact us by form or email, we store your name, email address, and message content to process your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Data is not shared with third parties. Retention: 3 years from last contact, or as required by commercial law.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie to store your consent preference (key: adamsin_cookie_consent). It expires after 365 days. No cookies are set before you make a choice. No tracking cookies are used if you reject analytics.
